 What We Are Doing: For reading this week we had to use what we already know and the clues in the story and create and inference. A inference is what we already know in the story and the clues we find in the story.

Example: Jamie wanted to go to sleep. It Sounds like Jamie is tired.

Goal: Is to make an Inference based on what we already know and the clues we find in the story.

 Task was: Reading 

Goal was: To write pick 4 sentences that stick out to me and to place them into the text event then write what i think about it the sentence I picked.

What the story was about: It was a about a boy that was over being poor and not getting water so the boy got a long pipe from the basement and placed one side into the sink in the kitchen and then ran the other side over to the big tank and stuck the pipe in and pushed the on button now they got water and no one would no about it.

Better not let Dad know you’re wasting water like that!” Brooke called, pointing at the cans hanging like a jumble of strange fruit.	Because it makes me think that they are poor and their parents are working really hard to keep the family alive.
I wish we lived in the city and got our water in pipes,” Brooke said.	Its makes me think about maybe rich people can see what it's like living in the country so they know how it feels.
What a waste,” Brooke grumbled	Its make me think that nothing should be a waste in the world and that it should all be used.
A shower?” said Dad. “You know we barely have enough water to keep us alive!”	It makes me think that everything should be alive because they have done nothing wrong.I think that he would have thought that we don't have the money to keep us alive but when the boy explained what he did dad would have been happy.
